Car Free YYJ presented by the Downtown Victoria Business Association (Downtown Victoria Business Association), will be back on Douglas Street on Sunday, June 16, 2019 from 11am-6pm. Car Free YYJ will take over Douglas Street for the city's fifth annual community celebration with vendors, music, and much much more!
